As the CEO of Vivid Money S.A., you will be the driving force behind the company’s strategic vision, growth, and culture. You will lead a team of passionate professionals across multiple departments and markets, guiding the organisation through its next stage of growth and innovation. The CEO will work closely with the founders, executive team, board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders on the mission to build a customer-centric and future-forward fintech company.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the business strategy defined by the Board of Directors and ensuring that it is carried out effectively by the Company;
- Report, providing input and recommendations to the Board of Directors on potential changes or adjustments to the company’s strategy, based on the analysis of market trends and the performance of the Company;
- Providing regular updates to the Board of Directors on the progress of the company in executing the defined strategy and achieving the desired results;
- Communicating the Company’s vision, mission, and values to employees, stakeholders, and the public;
- Establishing goals for each Department;
- Management of Information Technology Department and
- Management of Product Development Department.
