Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Nottingham
Department: Finance
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Direct Reports: Group Financial Controller & Divisional Finance Heads.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of SIS Pitches. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial input, and ensure the long-term financial stability and growth of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Sports Construction/Manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., financial modelling software).
