The Mater Hospital is now seeking a Chief Finance Officer to lead the organisations financial and accounting team and oversee the financial planning process, including, change management, capital development, treasury, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. They will also be required to deputise for the Director of Finance as and when might be required.
Ideal candidates should hold a recognised accountancy qualification and preferably a postgraduate qualification in a discipline relevant to a healthcare setting. The candidate should also have strategic thinking, analytical skills, integrity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a forward-looking perspective
