Thus, Mylab is now seeking an experienced and bold

• Developing and executing Mylab’s financial strategy aligned with company’s business objectives. You will be responsible for the annual budgeting process as well as long term financial planning and forecasting.
• Overseeing and leading the financial reporting and analysis.
• Leading the risk management and complying with the regulations.
• Guiding the capital management, fundraising, investment strategy and M&A processes
• Supervising operational efficiency and cost management.
• Leading and developing Mylab’s financial team of 4 persons.
  What we expect from you:
  We are looking for an experienced financial leader, who truly can bring something extra to Mylab’s existing financial organization and competence. As we are developing and selling our own software, we expect your background to be in the SaaS or similar industry – especially from the financial perspective.
  Your educational background is in finance and economics with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. In addition to your extensive experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, we are also interested in your previous experience in capital management and fundraising. Ideally, you have managed investor relations and been involved with M&A processes.
  You have excellent leadership and management skills and ability to inspire and motivate your team. As a person, you are equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude. Fluent Finnish and English skills are required for this role.
