POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the semiconductor industry and a proven track record in leading financial strategies for IPO readiness and execution. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership acumen, and advanced financial expertise to guide the company through growth and transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Industry Expertise: Minimum of [X years] of financial leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.

• IPO Preparation and Execution Lead and manage all aspects of the IPO process, including financial modeling, compliance, and investor relations.Collaborate with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure successful IPO execution.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
