NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable system-wide experience in leading and managing through transformational system change
  • Significant experience at an executive level in a large public facing organisation offering a diverse range of services/products to a large and diverse consumer/customer base
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a large finance workforce with high standards of accounting and financial management acumen
  • Significant experience working with governance stakeholders to build trust and confidence e.g. Board, shareholders
  • Experience managing large operating and capital budgets ($1bn+)
  • Experience managing complex supply chains and network of third-party suppliers and extracting value
  • Intellectual capability to think creatively and work collaboratively with the CEO, governance, clinical and management leadership to collectively problem solve complex issues
  • A relevant graduate and post-graduate financial qualification that includes a Chartered Professional Qualification in accountancy
