Karis Disability Services is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Office to lead our financial operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit finances, a passion for our mission and the ability to optimize resources to enhance service delivery for people with disabilities. Join us in making a meaningful impact while ensuring financial integrity and sustainability for our organization.
The transition for this position is part of a detailed succession/retirement plan put in place to allow for a collaborative and seamless transition from the incumbent over a one-year period.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ten years experience in a leadership role in Financial Management
• CPA Designation
• Masters Degree in Business, MBA
• Demonstrated communication, motivational, delegation and leadership skills
• Frequent travel required
