Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy for the Nordic & China Cluster, ensuring alignment with Orange Cyberdefense’s global vision and the specific needs of each country. This includes long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all financial operations across the four countries, including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage financial transformation projects within the cluster, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performing culture and developing talent within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, country managers, the Orange Cyberdefense group finance team, and external partners (auditors, banks, etc.). Effectively communicate financial performance and insights.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies, including tax legislation, transfer pricing, and risk management frameworks.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Provide financial expertise and support for any M&A activities within the cluster, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the Cluster Manager, providing financial insights and support to drive business growth and profitability.
