JOB DESCRIPTION

To support rapid business growth, The ideal candidate will collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, and operations strategy, lead M&A processes and integration. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?


  • 15+ years of experience in financial services including senior leadership level as an Investment Banker (either TMT or FIG groups), Private Equity/M&A professional, or Management Consultant

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have also worked in an operating C-level role (COO/CFO/CSO) for a minimum of 10 years.

  • Passionate about building a career within the fintech sector, is a self-starter, and able to work in a startup environment.

  • Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management, and reporting back to management promptly.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage overall responsibilities of Finance, Capital Markets, Operations, Legal, and Corporate Development departments with their respective Group Heads.

  • Lead Group-wide Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Treasury and Banking Operations, Cost Optimization and Data-Informed Decision Making/Business Analytics.

  • Lead Fundraising and Capital Allocation decisions along with managing Investor Relations, Reporting and Stakeholder Management.

  • Lead the organization to develop strategic priorities, and culture and improve governance.

  • Provide executive support to the Board of Directors with financial and non-financial information.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and expansion of the business, in line with the company’s overall vision and goals.

  • Manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Oversee the financial performance of all hospitality properties, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive team, supporting decision-making processes.

  • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial partners, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulations.

  • Preparing investment proposals and negotiating terms with potential investors.

  • Drive financial planning and analysis, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
