MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on financial and contractual issues, including developing standards, processes, and procedures and tracking mechanisms/systems for financial administration activities. Establish and implement goals, procedures, standards, and expectations consistently throughout the department.
  • Lead offices in developing innovations and/or changes to create process improvements, financial reporting, fiscal efficiencies and realize cost savings.
  • Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and identifying ways to improve performance
