Description:
NASC GLOBAL, a distinguished HR Consulting and Management firm, has been retained by a prominent Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) firm to assist in the identification a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive telecom or infrastructure sectors experience for their esteemed client.
Our client ideal candidate will possess the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials with required direct substantial background in the Telecom or Infrastructure sectors.
The position can be located in the NY/NJ metropolitan area or the DC/VA/Maryland region.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $300K, plus Bonus and Equity.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the organization’s financial operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and refine both short-term and long-term strategic plans for the company.
- Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations to the CEO regarding revenue models, funding requirements, and capital structures.
- Support investor negotiations, including the review and finalization of pertinent documents.
- Formulate and manage an annual operating budget as well as a monthly operating plan.
- Recruit, train, and lead a financial team to effectively manage global operations and services, ensuring the team achieves its objectives.
- Administer cash operations to ensure the availability of funds and establish a cash forecasting process aligned with the operating budgets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and strategic alliances with major vendors and suppliers.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong direct experience in the Telecom, mobile, or satellite industries is required.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in financial operations.
- Demonstrated experience with early-stage, high-growth ventures, particularly within the technology sector, with a thorough understanding of the challenges associated with scaling such companies.
- Proven experience in both private and public fundraising, encompassing equity, debt, and strategic investments.
- Expertise in supporting go-to-market activities, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts.
- Experience with transitioning private companies to public status and managing M&A activities, both pre- and post-acquisition.
- A well-established network within the financial community, including institutional investors, strategic investors, bankers, and accounting firms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CFO in high-growth technology ventures, including involvement in venture capital and private equity financings.
- Experience in a global CFO role, with responsibility for managing operations across multiple countries.
- Strong financial acumen, with accounting experience being secondary and supportable by a Controller.
- Background in managing public companies.
- A degree of technical fluency to effectively navigate the complexities of the role.
