The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in senior financial roles, with a focus on driving growth and scalability.
  • Deep knowledge of NDIS funding models, regulations, and reporting requirements, with the agility to adapt to changing environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies for expansion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capital raising in a CFO capacity, encompassing strategic planning, investor relations, and execution of funding initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to building relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As our CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial trajectory and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support our ambitious goals. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while shaping the future of our organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong strategic guidance to executive leadership based on comprehensive financial analysis and insights into market trends and opportunities.
  • Developing and executing financial plans that align with our scale-up objectives and NDIS regulations.
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to maintain transparency and accountability during our rapid expansion.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize funding utilisation and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Leading financial risk management efforts to safeguard our assets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
