Description:

As the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy, stability, and growth of the organization. Your job scope includes and is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

· Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives, focusing on maximizing profitability and shareholder value.
· Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting: Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the Organization. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
· IPO Preparation: Lead the financial planning and due diligence efforts for the IPO process, working closely with legal, finance, and other relevant teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish effective internal controls.
· Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating the Organization’s financial performance, growth prospects, and long-term value proposition.
· Treasury and Capital Management: Oversee cash flow planning, capital allocation, and risk management across the group of companies. Optimize the capital structure to support growth and enhance profitability.
· Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities, conducting financial analysis and due diligence. Develop and execute integration strategies to maximize synergies and drive value creation.
· Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to financial and accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Maintain strong corporate governance and promote ethical conduct throughout the organization.
· Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop talent, promote professional growth, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
· Any other duties that may be assigned by the CEO and Deputy CEO
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
