We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our organization’s cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing robust information security strategies to protect our company’s assets and data. As the CISO, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall security posture of the organization, including risk management, compliance, incident response, and security awareness programs. You should possess in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, best practices, and compliance requirements, as well as a solid understanding of emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for building and leading a high-performing security team. The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership and IT teams, is crucial in successfully aligning security initiatives with business objectives. A strategic mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to cybersecurity, will be key in driving continuous improvement and innovation in our security practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or in a senior cybersecurity leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing information security strategies.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and incident response processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and IT teams.
• Strategic mindset and proactive approach to cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Experience in leading security awareness programs.
