Chief Information Security Officer

Inpay is recruiting a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The CISO will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting innovation, and safeguarding customer trust by leading a comprehensive security program that aligns with Inpay’s core values and strategic goals. The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security measures to protect Inpay’s digital assets, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with Information Security
• Minimum 3 years of experience owning the cybersecurity strategy and policies in a company
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful information security strategies in companies of similar size and scope to Inpay.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Security Stack
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 2700X and other frameworks.
• Good understanding of DORA and other relevant regulations
• Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus
• Understanding of the payments business is highly desirable

• You will primarily be responsible for developing and overseeing Inpay’s overall information security strategy, aligning it with business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices. Focus will be on governance, policy creation, risk management, compliance, and communication with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• You will balance security needs with business objectives, working closely with other departments and internal stakeholders to ensure that security policies do not hinder business agility or innovation.
