Description:
The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Chief Integrated Health Operations Officer (CIHOO) is the main operational, quality, and compliance leader for the Coalition’s Integrated Health programs and oversees the organization’s quality and compliance functions. The CIHOO will work collaboratively with the Chief Program Officer and the Integrated Health and Supportive Housing Executive Team to ensure that all CCH programs operate in a safe, high quality, compliant, and efficient manner and that systems are in place to ensure access to and reimbursement for services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulatory and grant requirements and leadership of quality improvement, quality assurance, evaluation, health information management, and HIPAA compliance. The CIHOO is responsible for financial management of Integrated Health Operations and will optimize available resources, identify unmet needs, facilitate change, advocate for the organization and serve as a liaison and representative to external entities, as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
- Master’s degree in health administration, public health, or other related field of study or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years relevant experience.
- Previous leadership experience in health care operations, quality improvement/assurance, and compliance.
- Previous demonstrated experience supervising a multi-disciplinary management team.
- Experience as a program developer, manager, and supervisor required.
