Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the luxury beauty or a related industry.
  • Business degree in marketing
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer, omnichannel marketing strategies, and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and navigate a matrix organization.
  • Passion for innovation and a finger on the pulse of emerging marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Experience Architect:
  • Define and implement a 360° luxury consumer journey strategy across all online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.
  • Frame each touchpoint ( media, CRM, retail, online platforms, advocacy & influence) to optimize consumer engagement, maximize ROI, and drive conversion.
  • Lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging while adapting to local nuances and consumer preferences.
  • Adapt global and zone strategic frame for consumer online and offline engagement strategies to the local market, personalizing experiences for maximum impact.
  • Data-Driven Performance & Measurement:
  • Establish a robust data framework with common KPIs to rigorously track and measure omnichannel marketing performance.
  • Leverage data and analytics to gain deep consumer insights, understand campaign effectiveness, personalize marketing efforts, and continuously refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Retail Excellence & Shoppercentricity:
  • Champion retail excellence by framing and guiding exceptional shopper experiences both online and offline.
  • Partner closely with retail teams to ensure brand consistency, elevate the point of sale, and create memorable interactions that drive consumer lifetime value.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation:
  • Spearhead the adoption of innovative marketing technologies and digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Explore and experiment with emerging channels and trends, such as influencer marketing, social commerce, and immersive brand experiences (AR/VR).
  • Brand Storytelling & Equity Building:
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers on an emotional level, fostering strong brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Cultivate an environment of creativity and innovation with marketing teams, driving the development of disruptive services, and campaigns.
