Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Insurance Carrier Relations Leader at the Latin America regional level to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our carrier partnerships

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key insurance carriers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for our clients.
- Lead negotiations with carriers to secure optimal pricing, coverage, and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brokers and account teams, to understand client needs and align carrier relationships accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, carrier performance, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance carrier relationships and drive business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier-related issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a high level of service.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and meetings with carriers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams on carrier-related matters, including market conditions, product offerings, and underwriting practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
