We’re seeking a Chief of Staff who will provide direct support to CEO of Asset Servicing and will have responsibility for day-to-day operations for the office of the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Overall management of CEOs business administration matters. Anticipating, actioning & triaging any CEO actions/deliverables that need attention, working with respective parties. Inclusive of meeting actions, meeting prioritization, meeting preparedness & briefings.
Coordinating CEO /employee communications in partnership with the Communications and People Team. Inclusive of content and cadence for: EC “Quick Takes” email, CEO updates, Quarterly Earnings Note, Monthly Business Reviews, Organization Announcements, CEO Performance Reviews, Town Halls, Conference participation & Offsites.
