About the Role: Our Automotive & Energy Solutions (AES) business has been experiencing strong and continuous growth over the past few years. To build on this momentum and expand our strategy into new market segments, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff (CoS). As the CoS, you have the important role in supporting business results across our three business segments within the automotive and energy sectors. This high-visibility position offers you the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leaders within Keysight, overseeing comprehensive reporting on AES business targets and achievements within EISG.
Responsibilities:
About the Team: The Chief of Staff will be an integral part of the AES leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President & General Manager of AES. In this role, you will collaborate with AES segment managers, EISG staff functions, and regional sales teams across the automotive and energy markets to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution across all segments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of the automotive and energy ecosystem, with proven experience navigating complex market dynamics.
  • Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in sales of complex solutions, along with a strong background in international management.
  • Educational Background: Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical abilities, combined with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilient & Adaptive: Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Background: A technical background is advantageous, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Planning: Drive the order target-setting process for each region and business segment, ensuring alignment with AES goals.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee order forecasting and reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy across the AES organization.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated AES go-to-market plan that addresses specific needs across business segments, in collaboration with segment leaders.
  • Communication & Engagement: Coordinate and manage webcasts, meetings, and events to engage the AES community, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
  • Business Reviews: Lead the quarterly business review process across AES and partner organizations, ensuring clear insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and design strategic improvement projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth across AES.
