WHO YOU ARE
We’re seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and the CSO by driving company strategy and ensuring effective execution. You will develop financial models to evaluate and support corporate initiatives, acting as the CSO/ CEO right hand in aligning business objectives with actionable plans. From day one, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by leading our strategic initiatives, project management, and working closely with the CSO / CEO. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising, always executing in founder-mode and good stakeholder management.

YOUR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch

YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects
- You’re based in UAE or willing to relocate
- You are well-versed in leveraging technology to optimize project efficiency and reporting
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- PMP and CFA certification is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
- Assess the viability of products and services, benchmarking our offering, analyzing product-market fit, developing financial models, and aligning teams working on go to market strategies
- Own projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources and stakeholders, to deliver them successfully
- Conduct thorough risk and cost analyses to support informed decision-making and project planning
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk management to the leadership team
- Support with performance management by developing, monitoring and reporting on key metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enable scalability
- Manage key external stakeholders, preparing materials and undertaking key meetings
- Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance, challenges and opportunities, and advising on strategy
- Support with issue resolution and crisis management for streamlined operations
- Ensure clear, cohesive and effective communication across all levels of the organization
