We have assembled a world-leading implementation team to commercialise its technology. The company operates out of our labs on Cambridge Science Park and has recently established an engineering pilot facility at the Global Innovation and Technology Centre.
Founders of Searo, Ayça and Francis, have won multiple awards in sustainable business and innovation, and are searching for a Chief of Staff to champion and execute their vision.

- High sense of accountability and autonomy, with the ability to work independently.
- Hold a ‘high bar’ for the quality of your output. You are innovative, empathetic, a strong communicator with a great work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (presentations, written, verbal).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
