Description:
CHIEF OF STAFF / FOUNDER’S ASSOCIATE
Position Title: Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate
Location: Global- Remote
Salary: Competitive Base & Bonus - DOE & Location
- Working Rhythm: Officially it’s 09:00 – 17:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday. Unofficially? You should expect to be connected a lot more than that!
Contract Type: Full-time Contract
Reporting To: CEO
✈️ Travel: Up to 10% regional/international travel required.
Start Date: ASAP
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of leadership experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in high-growth startups or tech industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with strong project management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work across international markets and cultures, particularly in the US, Europe, and Africa.
- Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and make strategic decisions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Coordination: To drive the execution of key initiatives and ensure alignment with Nexford’s strategic goals.
- Revenue Growth: Support CEO in building external partnerships that will drive revenue growth across multiple geographies.
- Global Impact: Support the CEO in managing Nexford’s global operations across the US, Europe, and Africa.
- Cross-functional Operational Efficiency: Be the engine that ensures company projects runs smoothly, particularly ones of strategic importance to CEO, from managing priorities to streamlining key processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the CEO’s strategic vision is well translated into actionable and measurable plans to increase success across company-wide projects and key initiatives.
- Lead on communication between company, on behalf of CEO and key external stakeholders to generate, build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Lead operational and administrative support, acting as a gatekeeper and advisor to the CEO.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.
