Responsibilities:

As Chief of Staff you will act as our CEO’s trusted advisor, strategic partner, and “wingman,” ensuring the development and implementation of strategic initiatives as well ensuring operative performance of the Organization (all entities of our Holding).

You will manage critical projects, streamline communication, drive operational excellence, and enhance the overall performance of the company:

  • Strategic Partnership with the CEO: Advise the CEO on key decisions, develop and implement strategies, lead special projects, monitor industry trends, and translate strategic goals into operational plans.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational performance of Voltaira Mobility Holding companies, enhance operational efficiency through process improvements, and develop and optimize policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, represent the CEO in meetings, and communicate operational performance and strategic updates.
  • Crisis and Change Management: Manage crisis situations, develop crisis communication plans, and lead change management efforts for smooth organizational transitions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs, provide regular performance updates to the CEO and executive team, and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
