As the Chief of Staff at hexafarms, your mission will be to maintain our current 10x growth trajectory by ensuring our growing family is aligned and our teams are focused on performance.
We’re a rapidly growing startup, and our recent success is a direct result of increased efficiency and productivity experienced by our customers. From day zero, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining initiatives, overseeing projects and long term and short term goals, and communicating objectives across departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a fast-paced startup environment.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively support, manage, and at times lead teams.
• At least 4+ years of professional experience, ideally as a Chief of Staff or in a similar roles (e.g. consulting, start-ups, strategy or operations).
• Proven ability to structure complex setups and translate feedback into actionable insights, influencing strategic decision-making.
• You have a hands-on mentality, ready to work both on strategic as well as operative tasks – especially in the beginning.
• You have strong analytical skills and experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Experience in maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Fluency in German & English. Our team speaks about 10 languages and primarily uses English, but due to the nature of the Chief of Staff role, German fluency is essential.
  A strong skill set in project management, organizational and strategic thinking, combined with an analytical mindset and hands-on mentality is needed.
