Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Director/ Executive Director level person for a top-tier private equity firm. The person will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, ensuring that processes, policies, and programs align with our strategic goals. This role combines strategic vision, analytical acumen, and hands-on execution to elevate our HR operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 10-15 years of experience in Healthcare/ Private Equity functions
- Proven track record as an HR leader at a senior level within a global or international context
- Expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and change management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
