Description:

The Chief of Staff HR is a key member of the HR team and provides support to the CHRO in various strategic projects and operational daily topics for a successful execution of HR initiatives and goals.
Your responsibilities:

SUPPORTING THE HR TRANSFORMATION:

  • Supporting the CHRO in the HR transformation and in daily business.
  • Working closely with the HR Enablement team.

Your profile:

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (MHRM), Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience in large international complex companies
  • Certified project manageris mandatory, SAP SuccessFactors is a “nice to have "
  • Experience in managing complex HR projects across several countries
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and Stakeholder management skills and the ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment
  • Very process driven and data oriented, analytical working style
