QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA from a top-tier school is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong track record of delivering on time.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment, particularly within AI, data services, or product companies, is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to bring extra energy and an uncompromising mindset to get things done faster.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Chief of Staff (associate level) with a strong operational focus to join our team. In this critical role, you will work closely with the Founder and the CEO of the holding, acting as a key partner in driving the strategic and operational priorities of the portfolio companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that internal projects are completed on time, commitments are met, and initiatives are effectively followed up on. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and scaling multiple business models from the ground up. As someone supporting the Founder and the CEO of the group, the speed and efficiency generated will be the role’s key KPIs.
