QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • MBA (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic roles, with a proven track record in Project and Program Management. Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in start-up environments.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, driving alignment and fostering a culture of teamwork.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in a project management role
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CXOs regarding project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Strategic Collaboration: Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the senior management team.
  • Project Management: execute and manage new initiatives or special projects, assess the risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the project to completion.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Decision Support: Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes, often involving research and data analysis.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and performance metrics, reporting on outcomes and adjustments needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance collaboration and support.
  • Business Planning: Create and refine the business plan, outlining goals, target markets, revenue models, and operational strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Development of analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
