QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- MBA (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic roles, with a proven track record in Project and Program Management. Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar capacity is highly preferred.
- Experience working in start-up environments.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, driving alignment and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project management role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CXOs regarding project updates, proposals, and planning
- Strategic Collaboration: Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the senior management team.
- Project Management: execute and manage new initiatives or special projects, assess the risk, cost, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the project to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives.
- Decision Support: Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes, often involving research and data analysis.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and performance metrics, reporting on outcomes and adjustments needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to enhance collaboration and support.
- Business Planning: Create and refine the business plan, outlining goals, target markets, revenue models, and operational strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Development of analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
