Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will support our CFO & COO in building the operational and financial backbone of Autone. You will work directly with the C-Level and teams across all functions of the company to support the growth and internationalisation of autone.

  • Be a sparring partner for the C-Level in Operations / Finance and work closely together with him on critical projects
  • Lead and execute key strategic projects: You will be responsible for key strategic projects and help define the overall company strategy. All projects will have a critical impact.
  • Select and implement scalable tools and processes across operations & finance
  • Support opening of new offices in Abu Dhabi and NYC
  • Support on fundraising, investor meetings, investor reporting and board prep
  • Build out analytics on Unit Economics and other Key KPIs
  • Roll-out OKRs organisation wide
  • Recruit and retain key talent: Develop strategies and processes on how to attract and retain top talent: You support in hiring, onboarding and setting up processes in collaboration with HR
