YOUR SKILLS

• Completed a university degree in business or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
• Reliable, accurate and independent working style, able to quickly switch contexts and work on multiple projects/tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good business sense and entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to set up and run projects independently, managing various stakeholders and cross-functional team members
• A proactive team player, able to drive projects and stakeholders and deliver excellent results even under time pressure
• Strong command of office tools (PowerPoint, excel) with an eye for detail
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a plus
