Chief Officer, Executive (CEO)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of Anthony’s Villa, a nonprofit organization providing residential and community-based mental health services. The CEO will oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maintaining a strong focus on client-centered care. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of executive-level experience in community mental health, with a preference for experience in residential settings. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience:
• 5-10 years of executive leadership experience in a community mental health agency, with a preference for experience in residential settings.
• Proven success in managing large teams and overseeing multiple programs or facilities.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and inspire teams toward organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the mental health and residential care sectors.
