QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in an accounting or bookkeeping firm.
- Experience in business development, financial management, and operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory requirements such as CRA and WCB and Employment Standards
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on creating a positive company culture.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced COO or General Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our growing firm. This role is critical to the success of Our Client, as you will be responsible for participating in and executing on the company’s strategic vision, managing key client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across all business functions. This role is not for everyone, but the rewards could be worth it for the right person.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and execute the strategic plan in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including client service delivery, team management, and financial oversight.
