RESPONSIBILITY

岗位职责：
1. Responsible for operational performance and asset management of Group’s hotels outside of China.
负责集团在中国境外酒店的运营业绩和资产管理。
2. Through highly professional and ethical interactions with business partners and colleagues, represent and reflect the spirit of Huayu Group.
通过与商业伙伴和同事高度专业和道德的互动，代表并反映华宇集团的精神。
3. To lead, guide, support and promote revenue performance and general management of the Group’s hotels.
领导、指导、支持和促进集团酒店的收入表现和整体管理。
4. Assist in the pre-opening, rebranding and post-opening operation of the group’s hotels.
协助集团酒店的开业前、品牌重塑和开业后运营。

QUALIFICATIONS

岗位要求：
1. More than 5 years of work experience in the same position in the international hotel Group, and more than 10 years of work experience in the hotel industry;
具备国际连号酒店集团同等岗位5年以上工作经历，具有酒店行业10年以上工作经历；
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in hotel management, business administration, enterprise management is preferred;
本科以上学历，酒店管理、工商管理、企业管理专业优先考虑；
3. Excellent leadership, communication skills and logical thinking skills;
具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力；
4. Proficient in hotel operation management and system construction;
精通酒店运营管理及体系搭建；
5. Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English;
具备良好的中文、英文的沟通表达及书写能力
