We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.
Deep 6 AI is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, lead the OKR (or similar) process to align the company around clearly defined, prioritized goals, at the corporate and department level, track, and support their achievement.
- Develop, track, and manage budget and cash flow across the organization to support OKRs and reduce burn to extend runway towards profitability and becoming cashflow-positive.
- Design, implement and run optimal communications and decision-making processes across the company, incl. dashboards, reports, meeting cadences and systems to allow full alignment around and rapid-response to OKRs/KPIs.
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports and analyses (weekly, monthly, quarterly – as needed) which reflect operational choices and their impact. Present these to the Board each quarter.
- Implement, manage and streamline company’s daily operations, incl. finance, HR, legal, office, admin, payroll, A/P, A/R, … .
- Provide analytical, consulting, and execution support across teams and for our clients, such as client ROI models and analyses, value-based pricing models, etc.
- Help develop and maintain well-researched, data-driven, value-based pricing models across products and services based on solid ROI analyses.
- Lead or support special projects, as needed.
