YOUR ROLE

You will lead Orbem’s operational excellence, driving growth from the heart of the business. As Chief Operating Officer, you are a seasoned and visionary leader who architects our operational efficiency. You are responsible for ensuring day-to-day success through collaboration across diverse teams, driving strategic, operational initiatives, and fostering Orbem’s culture to propel our business forward.

Develop and implement a scalable operational strategy designed to operate in an incremental number of markets and aligned with the overall company purpose, mission, culture, and objectives.

• Oversee all business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and streamlining efficiency and excellence.
• Establish OKRs and KPIs across operational teams to measure success and drive data-driven improvements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity through robust planning and risk management

You have or had leadership experience in a similar COO role.

• You have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing operational transformation to support business growth.
• Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, scale-up environments
