To be successful in this role, you will offer:
- At least three years of experience in an executive leadership role, with sound judgment and ability to identify and manage risk.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to perform at their best.
- Experience in an environment where operational excellence is a focus, such as laboratory analytical services, manufacturing, or food processing.
- The knowledge, experience, and intellectual horsepower to be credible in a highly technical environment.
- Effective communication skills with proven ability to build constructive relationships across a diverse range of customers.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Managing Director, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will hold a key role on the Executive Leadership Team at this exciting time in the company’s history, as it continues to evolve in scale and complexity.
With responsibility for driving continued excellence in delivery across Hill Labs’ commercial and operational functions, the COO will be accountable for achieving sustained growth in revenue and profits and ensuring industry-leading customer experiences.
