JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a leading real estate company with over 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects in Nigeria. The COO will oversee all operations, ensuring seamless project delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Executive level
• Experience Length : 10 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in real estate development with knowledge of the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of enhancing operational efficiency.

Operational Leadership :

• Oversee day-to-day operations across HR, IT, Development & Construction, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement.

• Drive inter-departmental coordination to meet organizational goals.Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
