Description:
RIFT is an R&D-driven start-up currently operating two pilot plants in Helmond and Arnhem. As we prepare to enter our next growth phase, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the operational framework and teams of our organization as we transition to the commercial phase.

Responsibilities:
- You are a member of the Management Team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- You manage and build teams across all operational aspects of the company, including project management, engineering, construction, operations management, facilities, and HSEQ.
- You set up and improve all processes and structures for HSE, procurement, logistics, supply chain, service, facilities, and IT, ensuring quality during the commercial rollout.
- You will, in the future, be responsible for building and managing the teams overseeing our commercial sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget according to customer contracts.
