WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. The COO is responsible for the oversight if the hospitals operational activities ensuring the highest quality patient care and exceptional client service. The COO is a key member of the executive leadership team, working with the hospital owners and officer, drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the hospital. This position also leads UVS Client Services Manager, IT Operations Manager, Medical Equipment Specialist, Marketing and Communications Manager, Building Maintenance Manager and Software Applications Specialist.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or related discipline is required.
• A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in a veterinary hospital administration
• Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to manage differing opinions
• Experience in problem-solving and strategic planning
