Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong HR team and impeccable HR foundations to meet the needs of the business through a period of growth;
  • Develop the employee proposition of the organisation in order to become an employer of choice in Bologna and a talent attractor globally;
  • Partner with CEO and shareholders to create an engaged, performing culture;
  • Identify strategic capabilities to support growth/transformation and drive hiring of high calibre individuals;
  • Support and enable CEO/EXEC team in identifying priorities to accelerate organizational engagement;
  • Strengthen leadership bench and operational platform in Italy;
  • Drive key HR outcomes to build a culture of engagement and performance.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer or divisional HR leader in growth-oriented companies, with a strong international background;
  • Background from an organization recognized as a best-in-class “school” for their people function;
  • Proven ability to establish an effective HR function and develop a culture to support a growing organisation, while building a high-caliber team and developing internal talent;
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing diversity, equity and inclusion across the business.
