Description:

At Mailbird, we’re all about making email management frustration-free and empowering users to transform their inbox into an efficient workspace. Our platform integrates multiple email accounts and apps into one intuitive hub, creating a seamless communication experience. With our recenty launched Mac version and plans for further expansion, we’re seeking a visionary CPTO to help shape the future of our product.
If you’re passionate about building tools that simplify digital interactions, and you thrive at the intersection of product vision and technological leadership, join us in transforming email for millions of users!
As CPTO, you’ll be the driving force behind both our product innovation and technological execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the product journey from concept to completion while ensuring our technical architecture is strong, scalable, and secure. You’ll balance creativity with technical feasibility and guide Mailbird’s growth as we explore new ventures like mobile development.

Responsibilities:

  • We offer the possibility of shares, giving you a direct stake in our future success.
  • Work from anywhere, on your own schedule. We trust our team to work where and when they’re most productive.
  • Enjoy 40 days of fully paid leave each year, with additional days accruing over time (2 per year). We also provide support during major life events such as marriage or bereavement.
  • We provide all the necessary software and learning opportunities to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in your role.
  • Engage with colleagues and earn rewards through our unique recognition system. Participate in optional team activities ranging from learning and gaming sessions to casual hangouts.
  • Be part of a team where processes and policies are driven by real needs and employee feedback. We embrace learning from our mistakes, openly share opinions and feedback, and value diverse perspectives
