Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer with a visionary outlook to lead our ambitious journey in construction industry digital transformation.
This leadership team role is at the heart of bringing together several separate value propositions to a centralized, modern platform offering. You will also be building a new way to define, design and drive forward the Admicom portfolio of solutions that digitalise and therefore improve productivity of our customers throughout the entire construction value chain.
A significant part of your first steps in this role includes helping to manage the transition from separate products in different business units to a portfolio-wide platform product strategy, ensuring our organization and its customers navigate this change seamlessly. This position calls for mature leadership and deep knowledge of product leadership key themes; it’s about spearheading change, transforming operating models, and creating and enhancing quality product culture throughout the organization and the portfolio.

ROLE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy and Portfolio Development: Define and refine the portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Business Units strategic objectives. Support the creation of individual product strategies aligned with portfolio strategy.
  • Manage the product portfolio to balance growth, investment, potential returns and strategic fit across different product lines.
  • Leadership: Lead and expand the product management function, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and effective portfolio and product management.
  • Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Management: Oversee the planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of all products within the portfolio. Implement portfolio management best practices to evaluate and prioritize product initiatives based on strategic value and market demand.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key product and portfolio evangelist and spokesperson, communicating portfolio vision and value propositions to stakeholders and at public events.
  • Change Management: Act as a thought and change leader in guiding the teams and people through organizational and cultural change from multi-business background towards unified platform strategy
  • Customer & Market Insight: Actively work with Admicoms existing and potential customers and partners to understand their current and future needs and requirements. Research the market signals to identify upcoming trends in order to react fast and with quality to create a competitive, highly successful offering.
