We are looking for a visionary Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO) / Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development of our customer journey and product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building customer-facing financial products and creating exceptional user experiences. Prior experience at a wealth management or lending tech business is highly desirable. Candidates with exposure to product and customer experience design in Europe, Canada, or the United States will be given preference.
About Us: We are a fintech startup focused on residential mortgages and asset-backed lending, catering to affluent consumers in the UAE. By leveraging innovative technology and data-driven insights, we aim to redefine the lending experience, making it seamless, customer-centric, and transparent for borrowers and institutional investors alike. Role Summary: We are looking for a visionary Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO) / Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development of our customer journey and product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building customer-facing financial products and creating exceptional user experiences. Prior experience at a wealth management or lending tech business is highly desirable. Candidates with exposure to product and customer experience design in Europe, Canada, or the United States will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience Strategy: • - Design and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy focused on delivering seamless, intuitive, and high-touch interactions for borrowers and investors. • - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, customer retention, and satisfaction. Product Development: • - Develop and execute the product roadmap for digital platforms, including loan origination systems, borrower dashboards, and investor tools. • - Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. • - Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends. Market Insights: • - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. • - Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of the product suite. Cross-Functional Leadership: • - Collaborate with underwriting, capital markets, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between product functionality and customer experience goals. • - Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization, embedding customer insights into business decisions. Team Building: • - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, UX/UI designers, and customer experience specialists to achieve organizational goals. • - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. Qualifications: Experience: • - 5 years + in product management, customer experience, or related leadership roles within fintech, financial services, or technology startups. • - Strong track record of developing and scaling digital products in residential mortgage or asset-backed lending sectors. • - Experience working in Europe, Canada, or the United States is highly preferred. Technical Expertise: • - Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, UX/UI design principles, and customer journey optimization. • - Familiarity with loan origination systems, customer feedback tools, and analytics platforms. Leadership & Vision: • - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Soft Skills: • - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • - Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
