This role can be based in our offices in Brussels, Paris, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Copenhagen, or Malmö.

Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business strategy, market needs, and emerging trends.
- Develop and manage a global product roadmap, ensuring cohesion across product lines, geographies, and customer segments.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring scalable and innovative development processes.
- Lead key transversal projects, such as seamless integration of MarTech solutions, AI enhancements across product lines, and product partnerships, including M&A integration.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive product investment decisions, overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and headcount planning.
- Define product performance metrics and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the executive team to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
