Chief Production Officer

• Determine product vision and strategy to all managers and employees on the product team
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet market demands and company objectives
• Oversee all aspects of development, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure production schedules are met and that products/services are delivered on time
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production and development teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Ensure all products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Drive the adoption of innovative production techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
• Proven experience in a senior production management role within the IT industry, such as Chief Production Officer, VP of Production, or similar
• Extensive experience in managing software development, deployment, and maintenance processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of industry and market trends
• Able to collect, analyze and interpret market data, customer data and other relevant data
