Description:

Position: Chief Revenue Cycle Officer-DSO Experience
Compensation: $200,000-$220,000 plus bonus
Experience Required: Minimum of seven years working at a medium-to-large Dental Support Organization (DSO) with regard to RCM.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree; preferably (but not mandatory) also CPA or MBA.
About Us: We are a growth-minded fifty-office full-service dental/ortho/specialty DSO serving adults and kids throughout the greater Southern California region. Our headquarters are in Torrance and Artesia. Our executive and operating leadership team includes several of the most experienced and accomplished professionals in the DSO industry. We are growing through addition of de-novo offices, our firm commitment to providing patients with a great experience, and use of state-of-the-art technology and system applications in our operations. We are private equity owned by an excellent firm that has many years of experience in the DSO field.
Opportunity: Our RCM team consists of 50+ agents, supervisors and leaders. As the Chief RCM Officer, in addition to working with the RCM team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced professionals in our executive ranks, from our operating leadership to our CFO to our IT and BI leaders to our Executive Chair. We are large enough to be deep in all key areas of our business—such as IT, Accounting, BI, Operations, Call Center, Recruiting, etc.—yet we are small enough that our leaders all work hands-on together in pursuing our vision of success. Be prepared to be creative, collaborative, and productive and advance in your career.
Responsibilities: Your primary focus with regard to our RCM operations will be to provide leadership and direction with regard to best practices, planning and overseeing implementation and integration of evolving technologies into our work flows, developing reports, management tools and practices that improve our efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with our other leaders to ensure harmony in everyone’s efforts and initiatives.
