EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s Degree (MA preferred)
  • 15-20 years of professional experience within Revenue, Growth, and Executive functions
  • 10 plus years in related retail and medical fields
  • 5 plus years of experience with government bids, contracting and purchasing

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

The dynamic and highly experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will help our client achieve its ambitious growth goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO oversees all revenue streams including sales, marketing, strategic pathways and relationships, global network, pricing (including government bids, consumer retail, third-party medical supply networks), and revenue management. By understanding our client’s innovative medical diagnostics, the early-detection benefit to households, and proactive management of health issues, they will be passionate and highly motivated to curate established connections with government, major retail, and medical services to execute the company’s strategic plan. The CROs personal aptitude for the healthcare and consumer industries, coupled with their understanding of market trends, intersecting and competing regulatory environments, and technological advancements for each, they will be well qualified to provide their strategic expertise amongst the global network to achieve revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with CEO, executive team, board of directors, and other critical stakeholders to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans as they align to the phased-growth timeline
  • Curate, build, and maintain established connections with major retailers at the national level, regional-level retailers, Point of Care (POC) distributors, and other medical supply channels
  • Oversee the government bid and purchasing revenue stream, globally
  • Curate, build, and maintain global revenue streams
  • Create alignment and ensure strategic performance of the company’s revenue-generating verticals
  • Design, build and manage a global sales team across all customer segments and share responsibility with Marketing for creating a high-performing marketing strategy and customer experience
  • Responsible for recruiting, talent performance management including training, and dignified separations
  • Effectively lead by fostering creative, collaborative, results-driven teams that top talent thrives in
  • Identify and implement systems and processes required to support revenue goals
  • Mitigate customer escalations, stalled or blocked purchase orders by proactively engaging with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline, including proactively designing a system and process for lead management, to optimize past, current and future sales efforts
  • Deliver and convey complex information including strategies, plans, and reports to all stakeholders including but not limited to the CEO, executive team, board of directors, partners and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

The CRO position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). The employee is required to ascend and descend stairs; sit, stand, lift, bend, stoop, crawl and kneel. The employee must also use hands to finger, handle or feel. Occasionally reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing are required. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes.
