Description:
Damovo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (m/f/x) to oversee our operations in the Northern Region. The right candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, implementation of target operating model and ensuring operational excellence within the region. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the region, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Support short-term and long-term measures to optimize EBITDA performance
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands.
- Collaborate with executive management to create a comprehensive regional strategy that aligns with overall company vision
- Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and business models to drive growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to set and optimize pricing and revenue optimization strategies.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market changes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services to drive synergies, optimize processes, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the workers council to continually improve employee’s well-being and work-life balance
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics, business trends, and strategic initiatives as well as cost efficiencies. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications and skills we value
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in revenue-focused roles in a tech company, such as sales leadership, business development or revenue management. The ideal candidate would have a blend of VP Sales and Managing Director experience
- Experience in commercial turnaround, crisis management, restructure
- Experience in building and managing sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration; MBA or relevant job experience preferred
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, leadership, and operations
- Elite communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving profitability
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results

- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
- Willingness to travel as required
