QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree 15+ years demonstrated success in sales roles 7+ years experience leading a growing sales organization.
  • Demonstrated a history of developing or refining operational sales excellence to create a predictable revenue engine
  • Experience in managing and motivating a diverse sales team, including hiring, training, setting goals, performance evaluation, and career development
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and generating reports that provide insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Velocity sales orientation with high transaction volume and a low ASP.
  • A focus on results and a strong sense of accountability for achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Experience partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to drive business goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing and product management to develop pricing, programs and product strategies that optimize competitive advantage, market share and margin.
  • Experience in Private Equity-backed, SaaS company Experience in Healthcare industry preferred
